The ʿĀlim be-Zamān bi-weekly scholarly sessions provide an academic platform for deep discussion of pressing socio-political issues in India, particularly those affecting the Muslim community. These sessions aim to equip hawza scholars and intellectuals with a well-informed Islamic perspective on such issues. With over 30 successful sessions held so far, now in its fourth year, the programme fosters political awareness (basirah) and strategic thinking.
